Websters School was started by Shri David Jambiah 1976 with 25 students. It was initially started as a nursery and was called Websters Children Home. Dr.& Mrs. Stuart Websters, retired Professors from Washington D.C were part of the inspiration for the school and were closely associated with the management since the inception of the school. Over the years the school has made remarkable progress having Nursery, Primary and High School since 1986. In 2012 a Pre-Nursery section was added too. The School has two campuses. Websters School has a reputation for academic achievement and quality of teaching. Great care is taken to provide a safe, healthy and supportive environment for our students.

The Founder

Shri David Jambiah
(24 Feb 1918 to 31 Dec 1989) hailed from Raichur District. Two things characterized his life, his love for God and his love for people.

His profile included positions as Principal of Teacher's Training School, School Inspector, teaching, establishing and strengthening schools for almost 30 years.

After retirement, he pioneered Websters School, which in 13 years, grew from a total strength 25 students to 2,300 students.
